Today most people think of a spiritual sexuality when thinking of Tantra. And indeed, tantric philosophy worships sensuality and sexuality as a form of life energy.
Tantric Massage is a ritual of worship for the body. It can balance and relax a person deeply at the same time as inspiring new perceptions of the body.
Every part of the body is given loving attention through touch, meditation and massage.
The classical tantric massage has five elements: A Greeting Ritual, the Massage of the Back Body, the Massage of the Front Body, a Genital Massage/ Genital Meditation, Resting and Closure
The massage techniques range from flowy and soft touch to deep and firm touch, usually given in a slow and meditative way.
Many people “hover” above ground after this experience while feeling deeply rooted at the same time.
All sessions take place in Berlin or in Hamburg and happen in a 1:1 contact between you and me.
1-day tantric massage workshop. Individually designed for your fields of interest.
Intro to Tantra is a one day workshop for couples to experience the basic mindset and techniques of tantric massage. We will delve into body worship and body meditation. I will show you some of the wonderful positions and massage techniques that tantra has to offer. And we will gently explore the yoni and lingam massage.

Double ritual: Each of you receives a massage by one tantric practitioner at the same time.
The tantric couples massage is an individual sensual journey in which you accompany each other. In the same massage room, we set up two massage futons side by side. Each of you receives a tantra massage from a trained massage practitioner. We begin the ritual together as a group of four and at the end of the ritual, the two of you will have time to rest together.
Share a unique experience and enjoy the mindful touch of two tantra massage practitioners in a safe and protected space. I’m happy to send you information about the colleagues I work with upon request.

In the Ritual for Couples one of you will be the Masseur/Masseuse together with me. And one of you will receive the tantric massage.
The giver gains a new perspective on touching and learns some tantric tricks. The receiver experiences the tantric massage ritual by four hands.
Hi, my name is Larissa. The ritual of tantric massage is a wonderful part of my professional and personal life since 2017.
When I received my first tantric massage in my early 20s, my whole world was turned upside down – in a very positive way! I couldn't believe that I had apparently had no clue that touch could be like THIS. I left the university where I had studied Cultural Sciences before and from there on I chose a body-oriented way in life.
For many years a variety of embodiment practices are an important part of my daily live: Primaristik, gymnastics, body mind centering, meditation, shaking and authentic movement. At the same time working with family constellations, systemic therapy and theta healing strengthens my roots and my relationships to myself and to others. I have also experimented a lot in the realms of tantra, sexological bodywork, slow sex and BDSM practices.
